Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends (Saturday & Sunday) or public holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be slightly delayed. In such cases, we will notify you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer shipping to the following regions. Delivery times are estimated from the date of shipment, not the date of order placement, and do not include weekends or public holidays.
United States (US)

Total estimated time from order to delivery:
- United States: 4–10 business days (1–3 days processing + 3–7 days shipping)
- United Kingdom: 5–13 business days (1–3 days processing + 4–10 days shipping)
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available after receiving your confirmation email.
Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship to the United States and United Kingdom only.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- Orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses may experience delays or be returned to us.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
United States
No additional customs duties or taxes are applied at delivery.
United Kingdom
Orders shipped to the UK may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
Delayed or Lost Shipments
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please take the following steps:
1. Check your tracking information for the latest status update.
2. Verify that the shipping address provided is correct.
3.Contact your local post office or carrier for further assistance.
4. If you still cannot locate your package, please contact our customer support team and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
Order Changes & Cancellations
- Orders can be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placement.
- Once an order has entered the processing or shipping stage, we are unable to make changes or cancel the order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following information:
- Your order number
- A photo of the damaged or incorrect item
- A description of the issue
We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
